Purple Leaf Cherry Plum

Attractive landscaping tree, the purple leaf plum (Prunus cerasifera var 'Atropurpurea') is an easy to grow edible tree. Fruit very edible, though on the tart side, it is possible to process into jams and desserts. Hardy, resilient, with interesting colorful foilage, makes it a good choice for a hedgerow.
